The Schmidt Healing Hearts Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness and supporting young adults with; Heart Failure, Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH), Pulmonary Veno-Occlusive Disease (PVOD), and/or any developing complications from these diagnoses that will require an organ transplant(s).
